Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be beyond happy with your Birds and Skylines Vintage purchase. We go to great lengths to present items accurately, with detailed descriptions, photos, measurements, and condition descriptions.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any additional information or have questions about sizing or condition. 

All sales are considered final. 

Returns will not be accepted for sizing issues as all measurements are provided. If you have any questions about how an item will fit, please contact us prior to purchase. 

Returns will not be accepted for minor imperfections. It is important to keep in mind that all items are 20-100 years old and have been previously worn. We indicate major flaws for any item in the condition notes. 

Returns will not be accepted for color differences as all screens display color differently. Please contact us if you are in need of a very specific color.

However, if you feel an item has been grossly misrepresented, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to find a solution that works for both of us. Sale items are sold AS-IS and are non-returnable under any circumstances.

If an exchange or refund is agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for return postage. Refunds are issued with in 24 hours of delivery of the item. Returned or exchanged items must be delivered within 2 weeks of exchange or return request. International Buyers, refunds are given for the price of the item, no refunds on shipping cost or shipping cost of returns.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, example: washed, damaged, worn or tags removed, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and the return is voided.


Free Standard shipping for items First Class Mail and USPS Ground.

Priortiy Shipping cost is calculated at check out through USPS and UPS.

All Items over $100 are insured by Birds and Skylines Vintage.

Items are shipped with in 48 hours of purchase on weekdays, items purchased Saturday/Sunday/Holidays are shipped next business day. We will contact you if an order is delayed for any reason. If you need an item by a certain date or shipping delivery time request, packaging request, etc. Please contact us.

We can not control the processing and delivery time of the USPS, shipping times may vary once received by the postal office. We are more than happy to help you track your order.

Items Age & Condition

All items are dated by personal research and authentication services. We do our best to accurately date items by comps, construction, and makers.

The condition of items are second hand or pre-owned and show signs of age or wear, many have flaws. We do our best to photograph & list details. We do miss a flaw once in a while, please direct message with any concerns or questions on an items condition. Items are hand washed before listing, unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Stolen Packages

It is unfortunate but it does happen. Items over $100 are insured via USPS (us only), all items are shipping with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged. However we will go out of our way to help you to find the item or contact USPS to open a claim, please direct message for more details.
