This jacket is a wonderful example of Bonnie Cashin and Sills designs, simple, sophisticated, and timeless. Made of a buttery soft suede, in a classic bright Bonnie Cashin's color kiwi and lime green. The jacket is trimmed in glove tan leather contrasting the suede. Nehru collar with long sleeves. A-line silhouette, front brass turn lock toggle closures. Hip half moon pockets with matching turn lock closures. The jacket is unlined and has the Sills designed by Bonnie Cashin label, circa 1960s.
Condition: This item is in wonderful vintage pre-owned condition. However lovingly cared for and barely worn. Brass turn lock closures are all tight and sturdy and have original patina. Item was stored correctly, all Cashin items where acquired from an owner of a large collection of similar Cashin pieces and stored in cotton bags in a cedar closet. Very minimal signs of wear, two tiny nicks on the leather trim, see detail photos. No stains or wear to the suede. Any variations of color or texture if present are due to the natural hides not due to wear or damage. Now you can own a piece of fashion history! Shipped in acid free tissue in a box and insured USPS priority mail (US only), international buyers have to purchase additional insurance.
